Beachfront Towers

The location was great. The unit was a good size for what we needed. Loved the big round table! The host had left some chocolate easter eggs which was a lovely gesture.

We couldn't fit our ute into the parking space and had to park on the street. It would have been good to know beforehand that the parking space was so small and that there was a giant pillar in front of it ... we would have brought our smaller car. We also had to buy toilet paper as there were no extra rolls in the unit. It was a holiday weekend so the front desk was not open the whole time we were there and the room was not serviced.

Pool and sauna

Only one tiny shampoo and conditioner. One round soap for 4 people for 3 nights!

Location was great for our needs. Short walk to the beach. The unit was very big and would be great for a family group staying. Plenty of space and all that you would need for a beach stay at a budget price.

While it had everything you would need, comfort was of the highest order, bed rock hard, couch the same. Fans would only work while lights were on. As soon as lights went off, so did the fan. Sliding door to balcony didn't lock at all.

Nothing to dislike but just need more inputs on brochures regarding car parking

Spacious and tidy, relatively close to shops and restaurants.

Upon arrival, only one bedroom with a double bed was accessible, while the second bedroom was locked. We had to call the emergency number to have it opened. This was frustrating, as the booking clearly specified accommodation for three people with a bedding configuration of one double bed and two single beds. After the first night, one of our guests suffered severe bites consistent with bed bugs. When we reported this and requested a room change, our concerns were dismissed despite clear evidence.
