Las Casas de la Judería de Córdoba

Located a very short walk to the Mezquita-Cathedral, this historic property was fantastic. The staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. We had a spacious room that was decorated with antiques but had all the modern conveniences. An excellent hotel!

Lovely staff, great location, wonderful historical sight

The rooms are large and spotless. It's in a good location. They asked if I wanted a kettle in my room, which was appreciated. When I asked for more teabags, they were provided. The bathroom is well equipped, lovely towels, toiletries provided, but very little room to actually get in the shower for to the position of the sink. Great bath though. I found the room to be very noisy, I was right by the stairs and lift. Other guests were arriving with their luggage in the early hours - cases make a real racket on the tiles. The room was dark, the only window looks out on to a corridor, lighting not sufficient. Wardrobe space mostly taken up with safe, fridge and a blanket box! I had messaged ahead and said what time I would arrive and asked if they could store my luggage until check in. I was told that would be too early for check in, not a word about luggage storage. I took a chance and they were happy to store my luggage. The receptionist when I arrived rattled off a load of information. She mentioned a bar, I went in once, it was empty. It was the day before I left that I found out it was an honesty bar and you serve yourself. I didn't find the staff friendly at all. As a lone traveler, I was mostly ignored. Cordoba is beautiful, it's a good area, I just felt completely unwelcome in this hotel. When I came back to the hotel on my first day, it was mid afternoon, the door was bolted and I had to hammer on it to get someone to unlock it. When I checked out, the reception area was chaos with guests and luggage. I struggled to get to the door, when 2 members of staff came through who had just helped a family with their luggage. I thought they might hold the door so I could get through with my heavy luggage. They let it shut on me and pushed past me! The locked door on day 1 and the staff pushing past me after I had paid summed up this hotel for me - I was not welcome. It could be a lovely hotel and maybe it is for families and couples.

Great location. Mins of walk to attractions. Great breakfast. Comfortable rooms.

Beautiful building, gardens, water fountains. Great decor all throughout. The room was on the small size. Nice bathroom. However the room had no outside window which detracted from it’s appeal.

Wonderful property, unique hotel. Very clean and friendly. Only concern is make sure you’re skinny enough to get through the shower door.

Stayed for 5 Nights 13th December till 18th.Excellent Location at Entrance to Old Cordoba Town.Excellent Staff . Spotless Rooms are in Various Courtyards a Very old and Romantic feel but Totally Mordern.Breakfast Excellent and Within Walking Distance of all the Historic Sights. Really Enjoyed our Stay Staff Realised it was my Wife's birthday on Checking in .Such was the Measure.of attention to Detail by Staff Were and Surprised us with Birthday Cake Prosecco Cornelius and Carol O Donovan Ireland 🇮🇪

A delightful and well-placed hotel in the historic centre. The view from our room (60) was one of the all-time best.

The place is in the heart of historic Cordoba, just 3 min walk from Mezquita. The service was prompt and friendly.

This is a splendid property in a great location close to the Mesquita and other tourist attractions. It has lots of historic charm. The gardens are gorgeous. The breakfast buffet is generous and delicious. There are even white cloth napkins for breakfast. The "honor bar" was supposed to have self-service drinks, but whenever we arrived a staff member immediately appeared to serve us. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful, identifying good restaurants that opened earlier than normal (8 PM doesn't work well for some Americans). We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was actually 2 separate rooms, each with a complete bathroom including both a shower and bathtub. I think our "Junior" Suite might be the best room in the house!
