"短期滞在の旅行者には向かないかもしれないです"

スタッフ皆さんの対応が丁寧で、好感を持てました。また、質問や要望に関してもすぐに対応してもらえた事が良かったです。

アクセスに関するアナウンスです。 私は一人旅で公共機関でしかホテルへ向かうことができませんでした。事前にソウル市内からの行き方を調べホームページにアクセスしたのですが、ホームページの情報が重すぎて何度もフリーズして閲覧できませんでした。 Googleマップやネイバーマップを使ってホテルへ向かったら地下鉄からバスを乗り継ぎ最寄りのバス停からスーツケースを引いて坂道で悪路を歩きやっとたどり着きました。 ホテルを見学してやっと知ったのが、金浦空港からシャトルバスがありました。 このアナウンスは分かりにくいです。 また、広大な庭園などを見学しながら過ごせると書いてあったので、旅行最後の日は早めに行ってゆっくりと過ごそうと思い１２時過ぎに着いたのですが、２０分もあれば見学は終わるほどです。 シャトルバスで金浦空港に行く事が出来れば時間も潰せたと思いますが、私の拙い英語が伝わらなかったのかタクシー以外に行く方法は無いと言われました。 時間もあり、パスで行ってみようかと思いましたが、また長い坂を降りなければいけないと思い断念しました。 それ以外はとても快適でしたが、短期滞在の旅行者にはあまり向いていないホテルだと思いました。

Personal Top. Leider war das Zimmer nicht das was ich gebucht habe. Haben ein sauberes aber altes Zimmer bekommen. Für Sauna muss man extra zahlen. Personal war eine 1A

방음이 너무 안됨 수영장은 괜찮지만 수영모 착용은 지금까지 가본 다른 호텔 수영장에는 없는 규정입니다. 캡모자등 쓸수있도록 하세요 침대는 좋음
