Julie Almonte Front Office Manager was very rude and unprofessional. Called the police , because I requested early check in. Rooms were available, she was not accommodating at all and called the police. Will never stay at this hotel again.

This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I didn't personally book this hotel—my co-worker did—but after staying here, I can confidently say I would never choose this property on my own. The prices they charge are completely out of line with the quality of the hotel and the level of service provided. The staff seemed determined to charge extra for everything. Need extended checkout? Extra charge. Need parking? Extra charge. For the rates they're already charging, the constant nickel-and-diming of guests is ridiculous. The cleanliness was even worse. The floors throughout the hotel were filthy, and the room itself was not properly cleaned. For a hotel charging premium prices, the condition of the property was unacceptable. To make matters worse, I went to purchase two items from the hotel store and tried to pay with a $20 bill. Neither the hotel nor the restaurant/bar inside the building could make change. I've traveled extensively and stayed in countless hotels over the years, and I've never experienced anything so unprofessional. How does a hotel and its restaurant not have change available for guests? What bothered me most is that there was no sense of hospitality. The staff acted as if every guest request was an inconvenience unless there was another fee attached to it. This hotel is overpriced, poorly maintained, and badly managed. There are far better options available for the money. I would not stay here again under any circumstances, and I would strongly recommend that others spend their hard-earned money elsewhere.
