Breakfast was freshly cooked but no choice

The Noble House was a warm and welcoming experience. Clearly the current owners have invested well in the condition and serviceability of the property. The owners were personable, friendly, and service oriented. The climb to the third floor was a bit much for our senior bodies but the suite was thoroughly renovated and comfortable.

The bedroom was beautiful. Fan in closet utilized as I was warm. In the morning woke up all stuffy, looking at the fan it was covered in dust, black and filthy. No TV in bedroom, in another little living room area. However, no information on how to work TV, channels. Internet went out, so TV could not be used. (No price adjustment or talk about refund) Bathroom was beautiful However, tub was kinda old, dangerous. Had a slope to it. Did take a bath, however, when moving shower curtain, mold and stains on it. Breakfast...served to you..plate placed down, at times before we even sat. Breakfast was cold. No checking back to see if we needed anything, if there was anything else we would like? No accommodating at all...noone arpund to ask for anything.... For the amount of $$$$ spent. very disappointing. Will not be reurning

The breakfast was excellent. Whoever cooked it is a good cook!

The description of the site and room were not exactly matched. First there was no water view, except a very small peek of the water in the lake; then there was no slippers provided. The internet is iffy and unreliable, and most facilities in town were closed on Sundays. I complained about the view and slippers by text to the hostess. There were no response from any of the innkeepers.

This is a beautiful and stately home ! Very comfortable and relaxing - Matt and Lynn were excellent hosts !

Breakfast was less robust than other b and b s we have visited - French toast , syrup , sausage juice and coffee - so plenty and tasty but not as much as we Texans are accustomed to !
