The room was dirty, the restroom was not clean. It smelled like urine. The metal door stopper was broken

la atencion del personal muy amables donde deben poner atencion es guadalajara las chicas muy sin importancia para con el cliente al salir al aeropuerto no ofrecen nada equivalente al desayuno, solicite despertarme y no lo hicieron a diferencia de monterrey

Booked our stay online at booking.com. Their web site sent us to city express montetey norte instead and we were for both even though the online agent said she had cancelled the aeropuerto reservation. Never again!
