"I saw a roach minutes after entering the room. I immediately went back to the front desk."

I didn’t like anything about it.

The carpet in the room, the room itself and the roach inside the room!

Lady at the front desk was wonderful!

Pool was drained dry 1st room was dirty and had to change rooms. But the lady at the front desk made it right
