Завтрак был хороший, персонал — отзывчивый и доброжелательный. Номер полностью соответствовал заказанному: просторный, с хорошей душевой комнатой и красивым видом на гору. Сауна с бассейном работала, всё было чисто и комфортно.!

В номере не оказалось тапочек — их, как и халаты, пришлось брать на рецепции. Думаю, для уровня 4-звёздочного отеля было бы лучше, если бы всё это заранее находилось в номере. Также в номере не хватало чайника, но по просьбе его без проблем выдали на рецепции.

Friendly staff on the desk gave us a kettle for our room. (This is a rare thing now). Beautiful scenery from balconies.

Kitchen staff refused to heat our microwave meals.

Just one small blanket for a double bed for single occupancy. I think hotels should value solo travelers just as much as couples and treat them in the same way.
