Location and good parking facilities.

The staff need a lot of customers come first training and as they are a multi lingual hotel some English speakers staff would help and they were very miserable, rude & abrupt and not very welcoming or helpful, I tried to open the garage with 3 different coded keys and they would not work but the receptionists went and opened the door for us so why did it work for them and not for us.

Nada, desde la recepción, check in , como de las habitaciones, sucias, vacías completamente, con una neverita vacía que ni funcionaba… No entiendo como puede tener la clasificación de 4*

Ni el trato del personal, ni el hecho de tener que soportar gente borracha a horas intempestivas, ni el que no haya ABSOLUTAMENTE nada en las habitaciones, ni un triste cepillo de dientes….

Do espaço em geral

Estive hospedado no quarto 210 e os clientes do quarto 209 fizeram muito barulho nao tendo descansado nada de jeito

La habitacion era grande pero le faltaba algo de mantenimiento, desconchones en bañera ya con oxidos, humedades en techo cerca de ventana etc. El desayuno es bastante caro para lo que ofrece
