Clean rooms food good, shower good. Location excellent.

Some staff, not all,lacking in enthusiasm

Location was good, the property was very spacious and comfortable, very well laid out accommodation. Staff very friendly Lovely to see rabbits and ducks outside the window

The property was quite dated which i think may differ from the pictures, one of the sofas probably could do with replacing soon. The towel rail did not work in one of the bathrooms, but someone came round very quickly, it could not be fixed as needed a new part Parking near to the property is very limited as multiple accommodations, at the weekend it was full so at the main season it would be not so good Have to book an hour session for the pool Breakfast room quite small so may be a problem in main season, the breakfast was fair, one of the breakfasts was very disappointing, you need to book and pay in advance for the days you required

Lovely cottage which slept 6 of us. Three bathrooms, kitchen and cooking facilities. Parking outside. Lovely greenery surrounding hotel with ducks outside, and good location in Aberfeldy. The pool was lovely with hot tub/ sauna and steam room and reception provided towels

The cottage itself had a kitchen to cook in but no washing up liquid to clean dishes. There was a sponge for dishes but this was cut in half and only half of it was provided. There was a bar of soap but no shower gel or other toiletries. We asked reception if they had any spare toiletries but unfortunately they did not have any. Meant we had to buy large sizes of these that then got wasted. Writing this here to remind others to take basic toiletries. There were also not any hand towels in the bathrooms.

1. First room was stinking of smoke, stinking. 2. The frying pan is all bent and unsafe. 3. The chopping knife is broken and at least 30 years old . I injured my thumb because i couldn’t see it was broken. 4. I cut my foot twice with fragments of broken glass from the kitchen floor Can’t be seen to the eye by cleaning staff. 5. I have photos for them. 6. The location is good but the place is very very tired and in need of substantial investment within the accomodation. It’s pretty naff.

The initial impression of the whole place . It needs painted and modernised. As i say it appears no money has been spent on the buildings in decades.
