Location was very good for our plans

Bit dark in the room

The location was great. Every single staff member including the cleaners were so smiley, chatty, friendly. It was a pleasure to be around people like that.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows reduced to nothing. Also being a light sleeper the water system coming on at 4am ish woke me so I had two 4am starts

The staff were so friendly and cheerful, the location was really handy for where we needed to be.

The room was very dark, and the decor was very dated. It all felt a bit tired. The bathroom was fine, but not the best water pressure, and again looked really tired.

Great location, helpful kind staff, clean well presented room.

For a husband and wife, expecting a king-size bed as booked and paid for, having arranged childcare for the evening, 2 single beds pushed together wrapped with a kingsize bed sheet and bedding, was more than a little disappointing.

As always proximity to family & easy parking

Very tired so not really value for money. We’ve stayed several times & each room has its faults. This time room 25 was spacious good walk in shower. Skirting outside shower looks disgusting & bathroom door needs replacing, sitting on loo you see how bad it all looks! Bed has dip in middle so needs new mattress.
