Some things good, some not Good - Great breakfast, especially the waffles (although also not good - see below) Lovely bed, linen & pillows Lovely room with balcony - I would suggest paying extra for the balcony as the room might be a little small otherwise Lovely pizza in the bar area and good service then Not so good - Service wasn't brilliant at breakfast. They kept forgetting to get the things you asked for so you have to ask a few times The hotel sent a message asking if they can improve your stay - I sent a message asking for something, but got no reply, other than they were glad I gave them 4 out of 5 stars and ignored my request! Part of my breakfast was cold on the first day and the second day, but it was very nice otherwise We couldn't find anywhere to sit and relax outside unless you pay extra to go in the spa (£40 each)

Great location, nice fresh clean comfortable rooms. Good restaurant food. Will stay again.

Staff could not do enough for you and very polite, our two days were perfect and we will be back.

Room was on the small side, there was black mould in the bath room which should have been properly cleaned. The actual spa was fully booked so used the health club facilities which is ok, didn't think it was worth the money. Location is good though, right by the beach

A lovely stay- hotel has a nice feel to it. Room Was very small and thin walls, but fine for us for one night. Spa facilities were great and we enjoyed all food and drink on site. A mixture of welcomes from The staff which slightly tainted it.

From our arrival for a 3 night stay! We felt at home. Staff were friendly and chatty. The meals were of good quality and choice. Use of the "health center"was included in the offer.

Lovely hotel, the staff were fantastic, great breakfast and you could order extra items with no fuss at all, lovely room, certain areas around the hotel could do with a tidy up but that would be the case with most places anyway.

We stayed here on 21-22nd February (one night and a spa session), and on checkout, we shared the following observations: 1) There is an air gap on the patio door for the room we stayed in 2) As a result, with the heavy rain, we had a wet carpet by those patio doors 3) The hand wash was empty, which seems very poor when we are recovering from a global pandemic 4) The shampoo and shower gel dispensers were also empty 5) The mastic and grout around the shower was black in places 6) One cracked tile in the bath / shower When we left, the manager my wife spoke to declined a copy of our photos, and promised a response that afternoon. We then chased 2 weeks later for a response, but again, nothing other than being told our email had been shared to the manager. So, we enjoyed the Spa and everyone was friendly, but let down by the state of our room and the awful follow up from the senior management at the hotel.

Lovely stay, great facilities, friendly staff and good location. Only let down by mold around the shower and bath.

A very comfortable place to stay in a lovely area. Good room with a view. Breakfast was great. We were able to walk easily to Falmouth for restaurants and shops. Only drawback is the limited parking, but we found street parking nearby.
