the guest house is within easy walking distance of the centre of York a fifteen minutes walk, and it was relatively easy to find a parking space close by the accommodation. Online communication was also good quick responses to messages etc.

I was really disappointed to find there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room as specified in the room description on Booking.com, it was also a very compact room making it difficult to physically move around in it. I was also woken up late at night by some noisy people coming back, I appreciate it was a Saturday night but even so they were very loud and there are no staff around to deal with such incidents.

The location was excellent just a few minutes walk from the city centre. The room was small but very clean and well equipped for a short stay. The check in was very easy and the members of staff we met were very helpful. Parking was at the front of the property and only cost £5 which was a bonus. I would definitely stay again.

The room was small, but great for a short stay at a budget price. We had no complaints if we had stayed longer we may have found some, but all in all great for one or two nights.
