"relégués à l'annexe , on est un peu déçu ."

en visite ds cette région , on aurait aimé une chambre dans l'établissement et non dans l'annexe , afin de pouvoir apprécier le restaurant ! même tout proche , aucun intérêt de sortir de l'annexe pour se rendre ds le resto , tant qu'à faire , on a le choix à l'extérieur . . .

"Mauvaise surprise mais tout est bien qui fini bien"

Quand je suis arrivé l'accueil fut bon. on m'a remis la carte pour ma chambre et quand je suis arrivé au 4ème étage de l'hôtel quelle fut ma surprise de voir que les sols n'étaient pas droit !!!! Le haut de l'hôtel a très certainement été aménagé (vieux bâtiment) et ceci explique cela. Je n'étais pas au bout de mes surprises....quand je suis rentré dans la chambre, je me suis aperçu que le sol de la chambre n'était pas droit non plus et que mon lit penchait clairement....ce n'était pas un effet d'optique. De plus, j'avais l'impression d'être dans une chambre du siècle dernier...le papier mural façon moquette au mur...pas top. Je suis allé à la réception pour leur signifier mon mécontentement....et pour leur dire que même avec une promo à 80€ j'étais en droit d'exiger quelque chose de plus "correct". Il ne restait plus qu'une chambre dans leur annexe (bâtiment non loin de là) plus chère, mais qu'ils n'ont pas rechigné à me donner. Enfin une chambre digne de ce nom avec tout le confort nécessaire. Superbe salle de bain et très bonne literie. J'ai passé une excellente nuit. Donc, si vous devez réserver, demander une chambre dans l'annexe (qui est un batiment quasi neuf) et surtout pas dans leur hôtel principal....du moins, pas au 4ème étage.
