Alexander Beach hotel & Spa

I found the hotel while on the way to Alexandroupolis and directly booked through the hotel. When ı arrived, the room was ready. Welcoming at the reception was very good. Our room was at -1. It was smelling buy we didn’t asl to change as we would only stay one night. The room definitely needs renovation (especially bathroom and toilet). It was not cleaned properly. Breakfast was very good with so many choices and all tasty. The staff of hotel was perfect. I would stay again (if renovated and properly cleaned even longer)

The room was very very old, needs renovation. Not possible to control the air con from the control panel, it was broken; which made the room 27 degrees🔥 Breakfast was ok.

Poor parking.

The hotel experiance was overall not really good. The room was too old, it was not cleaned properly there was a bad small coming from the toilet every than, and when I requested room cleaning the smell gone. The shower was broken thats why the water was coming really less from the shower head. We stayed 4 nights every day called the reseption to demand waters for the room. Last day dirty towels was taken but they did not put the clean ones and late night i needed to request clean towels from the reseption to take a shower. I was with my child and at 18.40 i requested a bowl of pasta beacuse he was so hungry, even the buffet was ready they did not give us 3-4 spoon of pasta which was rude , the suggestion was ordering from the bar which was waste of time. This was not my first stay in this hotel but overall i recommend you to stay in the other hotels because this hotel is getting so old.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff are very helpful. Having someone making omelets at breakfast is amazing! If I were to come again, I would definitely choose this hotel.

Unfortunately this hotel is less then 3 stars.Very disappointed with my choice. The housekeeping wasn't cleaning properly the room and it was dirty and moldy. There were not enough bed sheets for 3 people. I can't recommend this accommodation.

Great location, parking breakfast everything was very good

Yeri çok güzel, çocuk dostu, hizmet kalitesi iyiydi, kahvaltısı da güzeldi. Havuzları çok temiz değildi, deniz kenarı olmasına rağmen sahilde hiç bir tesis şemsiye şezlong yoktu. Denize girmek için başka beachleri tercih etmek zorunda kaldık.
