Alexander Beach hotel & Spa

Hotel is not like in the pictures, amenities are older than pictures. Because of that we had water leak in bathroom. They moved us 3 times in 2 days. Reception was calling us in the middle of night to move tomorrow again. Even though it’s spa hotel, you have to pay hourly to use spa. Over all I would recommend if you want to have nice time because they will not help you if you run any trouble

Özellikle banyo konusunda çok kötü... Banyo bataryası ve duş başlığının takılacağı yer yanlış seçilmiş... Yatakların kalitesi çok düşük... Temizlik biraz daha iyi olmalı... Kahvaltısı çok iyi, ancak personelin davranışı konusunda aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim... Alexander Beach Otel her geçen yıl fiyat, performans açısından geri gidiyor maalesef... We chose to make a direct reservation with the hotel in pursuit of securing the most favorable deal available. The rate we obtained was competitive, aligning well with those offered by other prestigious five-star establishments within the city. However, our initial impression upon entering the hotel was that it appeared rather ordinary. Regrettably, we were assigned a room located quite a distance from the lobby, which proved to be somewhat inconvenient given our need to navigate multiple flights of stairs, particularly with our baby stroller in tow. This logistical challenge became increasingly tiresome during our stay, as we found ourselves repeatedly carrying the stroller up and down the stairs whenever we wished to venture outside. This arrangement was far from comfortable and somewhat detracted from our overall experience. Another notable issue was the presence of dirty dishes left in front of the adjacent room upon our arrival, which remained unattended until our departure. This oversight did not contribute positively to our perception of the hotel's cleanliness and attention to detail. Furthermore, our disappointment extended to the condition of the tap water in our room, which exhibited a disconcerting greyish color and had an issue with leakage. This predicament made our efforts to wash up and enjoy a shower less than satisfactory. In summary, while we secured a competitive rate for our stay, our experience was marred by the inconvenience of our room's location, cleanliness concerns, and the subpar tap water quality.

Das Hotel stammt aus dem Jahr 1985, so sieht es an manchen Stellen auch aus. Nun denn, wesentlicher war der lieblose Service: man hatte nie das Gefühl, als Hotelgast wertgeschätzt zu werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war groß aber nicht großartig. Alles in allem eher ein etwas abgerocktes 3-4 Sterne-Hotel.

Her Alexandroupoli’ye gelişimizde bu oteli tercih ediyoruz. Çok memnunuz. Otelin içi ve odalar çok temiz çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Otel çok şık.

Doğal Plaj var şezlong veya şemsiye beklemeyin.Kahvaltı ortalama üstü.Odalar temiz ve rahat.Makri de güzel plaj tesisler mevcut

The most clean hotel i have ever been ... Big rooms , smelling perfection .. Excelent temperature all over hotel , even in very hot days ... Perfect breakfast and dinner specially for kids !! Everything was perfect

Overall we are very satisfied with the place. Everywhere was easy acceptable with a pushchair and very kids friendly. Food was good and the dinner was delicious 😋. Staff was very friendly. Beach was close by.
