Steris Elegant Beach Hotel

Przyjechaliśmy bardzo późno, pokój nam się nie spodobał. Rano mieliśmy nowy z widokiem, super. Obsługa zawsze chętna do pomocy. Śniadania bardzo dobre. Lokalizacja przy samej plaży. Restauracja hotelowa na najwyższym poziomie.

Brak miejsc parkingowych.

Hotel ist in super Lage direkt am Strand und nahe der Altstadt. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Saubere Zimmer und Frühstück auch top.

If you want to relax and enjoy the beach then this place is perfect. We enjoyed having a kitchenette so that when we wanted a little break from the beach, we could quickly go back to our room and have a snack. The staff always ensured that our room was clean and if we needed anything then they were able to assist us (ex. Calling a taxi or printing a voucher).

We visited Crete for the 4th time and spent 7 days at this accommodation with 8 adults and 2 children, staying in 4 rooms. We were very satisfied with everything – this was by far the nicest place we’ve stayed at in Crete so far. Everything was extremely clean, the staff were kind and helpful, and the location is excellent – right in the city, with everything within walking distance. In one of the rooms, we requested a baby cot, which looked almost brand new – a small but very appreciated detail. :) Breakfast was served at the Olli restaurant just below the hotel, and it was absolutely delicious. We also had dinner there several times and enjoyed it very much. We really loved staying here! :)

There were just a couple of small things worth mentioning. In one of the rooms, the water in the shower didn’t drain properly. In another room, there was a bathroom window that faced directly into the bedroom, and it couldn’t be closed or covered for privacy while someone was using the shower. Nothing major, but a few small improvements like these would make the stay even more perfect.

Amazing view and location. We stayed in the Junior Suite which was excellent value for money! Two bathrooms, one bedroom, and a very nice area in the living room where you can also sleep on the sofa bed. A small convenient kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception, and cleaning services were excellent too! When returning to Rethymnon, we will definitely stay here again!

The only negative thing was the air conditioning in the bedroom, which was very loud and the airflow was very inconsistent, which is why the person sleeping there had to keep it off.
