趣がある。 レストランの食事か美味しい。 夕食の時のスタッフは、感じが良かった。

スタッフ　特に受付の人たちは、いらっしゃいませも、ありがとうございましたも、笑顔もなく、感じが悪かった。 夕食のスタッフは良かったが、朝食のスタッフ、特に大柄の中年男性は、感じが悪く、まだ食べているのに、机をどんどん動かして、次の場所づくりをして、落ち着いて食べられなかった。 部屋は趣きはあるが、水のサービスも、コーヒーも湯沸かしポットも何もない。 スリッパもない。 椅子に私のではない長い髪の毛がついていた。 値段に見合わない。 もっと他のホテルに泊まればよかったです。

Su ubicación y el edificio en sí que es impresionante

Para ser un sitio de tanta categoría no me gusta que no te pongan ni una botella de agua de cortesía y que no tengas en la habitación ni una cafetera para tomar un café. Además, tuvimos que subir las maletas al primer piso a mano, después vimos que había un ascensor, que nadie nos indicó que existía y que tampoco estamos seguros que llevase a la habitación que nos dieron.

We spent both evenings of our tonight stay in the lounge with wine and an order of croquetas (VERY good). Also the two daytime reception women were welcoming and helpful. One solved our problem of not being able to obtain a bus ticket to Segovia. She made a phone call, booked for us, and printed out the ticket for us. We so appreciated her taking the extra time to serve our needs!

It was an interesting building within the walls of Ávila. Our room was nice bathroom good.

It felt very tired. Had dinner and that was very ordinary, had much more interesting food in a Parador. There were few staff
