I found the hotel interesting because of its historical architecture. The room we had was comfortable and clean. The hotel was located in the city centre.

Communication was difficult because we spoke no Spanish. We saw no menu for breakfast , snacks or dinner. We approached the waiters who were not friendly or helpful. We saw customers having coffee and snacks and some larger groups having some food but we didn't understand how we could order. It was not a welcoming atmosphere for a hotel patron. The room was extremely warm- I believe the AC was not working.
