Uiterst charmante locatie, top personeel, mooi ontbijtbuffet

De prijs van beide restaurants is regelrecht overdreven, het ergst is nog de wijn: uit 1 fles worden 18 glaasjes van 40cl gepuurd (in België zijn er dat 7!) die dan aan ruim 15€/glas verkocht worden (omgerekend 280€ voor een fles van 40€ in de handel). De gerechten in het gastronomisch restaurant zijn te wisselend van niveau voor een 1 Michelin ster en in het bistrot restaurant was zowel de kaart als de kwaliteit van de ingrediënten teleurstellend. Vlees met weinig smaak wordt voor ruim 60€ pp geserveerd. Maar de bediening is dan weeral top. Spijtige combinatie.
