Fantastic staff at reception, restaurant, even the housekeeping! Good food in restaurant, amazing views from terrace, great location. Didn’t use pool so can’t comment but nice to have option. Underground parking convenient especially the EV charger.

Lack of gluten free options in restaurant.

"Das Hallenbad und das Zimmer waren gut, werde trotzdem nicht mehr buchen"

Die Lage war gut, das Zimmer gross mit Balkon, das Frühstück OK.

Das Personal im Restaurant ist unhöflich, beim Empfang geht gerade noch. Beim Verlängern des Check out auf 12:00 ist die Karte trotzdem blockiert und die Putzfrau öffnet ungern. Keine Atmosphäre im Haus

"Sehr schönes Hotel "

Das einzige was mich gestört hat, war die doch sehr laute Lüftung im Badezimmer die los ging sobald man das Licht einschaltete. Aber sonst war wirklich alles perfekt. Wenn wir wieder auf Klosters kommen sollten, dann ganz sicher wieder in dieses Hotel.

"Schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt in den Bergen, 5 Minuten zu Fuss vom Bahnhof."

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, hat sogar einen Pool und ein Fitnesscenter. Das hat uns sehr zugesagt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Ausserdem hat es in jedem Zimmer einen Krug mit Gläsern zum Trinken des Wassers. Da wir mit Hund gereist sind, fanden wir im Zimmer eine Hundedevke, eine Hundematte sowie zwei gefüllte Näpfe– einmal Wasser und einmal Futter vor. Vielen vielen Dank. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Die Fitnesszone mit Pool und Fitnesscenter war sehr schön gestaltet und sehr sauber gehalten. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen – sehr nahe des Bahnhofs.
