All was lovely, staff especially helpful and beautiful hotel. Spa treatments very good. Very kid friendly hotel and super efficient.

They should have fresh coffee at breakfast. All of breakfast is great except machine coffee isn't good. They have loads of fresh tea, so doesn't make sense.

Beautiful location and facilities especially outdoor pool. Staff went out their way to accommodate us. My mum couldn’t walk back to hotel as she hurt her ankle, from our walk into the town and they picked us up. They provided a free pick up service from train station in a top of the range Volvo. They also provide a free train voucher so do enquire about that. Very luxury feel to hotel, made even more memorable by the warm welcome and attentiveness of the staff
