Hotel Gletschergarten

The breakfast was simple but good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, good sized.

This is a charming hotel actively run by the 4th and 5th generations of the family. The owners are very pleasant and helpful. You can easily buy the necessary tickets for local excursions right at the front desk, and the staff is very knowledgeable about all the area attractions. There is a city bus that stops right outside the hotel, making it very easy to get to the train station and other places without walking. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with great balconies for enjoying the beautiful mountain views. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

The owners couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Although it was unusually warm, the evenings cooled off and the fresh air from outside was great for sleeping. I very much enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to others.

We loved our trip to Grindelwald and are so glad we chose Hotel Gletschergarten. Our room had a beautiful patio The owners weee very helpful in arranging our transport as well as buying our tickets to Jungfrau train would highly recommend and hope we can return Thank you for a great stay

Great location, staff and owners super friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, quiet and have the character of the swiss chalet. Excellent visit and would definately go back. Some old world swiss charm. Dinner is excellent value and they would make a reservation for their guests.
