Located just 4 minutes walking with two kids from the train station. Just off the main road in the center of the resort. Good rooms, not the most luxurious one, but great, very clean, lots of room and storage. Good breakfast with everything you need. Close to get the shuttle bus to anywhere in the station. Great value for money. First time in zermatt.. if I’m back definitely staying here.

Jennifer the receptionist was outstanding! We had a problem with check-in and she was cheerful, positive and very proactive finding a solution. The hotel was just off the main street and about 4 minutes from the train station. Very close to restaurants, trains and shopping. They also had a very nice breakfast buffet as well as homemade cake and afternoon snacks for guests.

We had a confirmation with Booking.com for our room and the payment had already been processed. However, when we got to the hotel, they had no record of a reservation for us or the couple we traveled with to Zermatt. Thankfully, Jennifer at the front desk was able to get two rooms for us. This is the second time we have had this issue with Booking.com. Not a great way to begin your holiday.
