You cannot beat this location. With 25 rooms the service felt so personalized. The view out the window seems like I could touch the Matterhorn. Highly recommend. Met so many couples from different countries. Easy access via the cog train

We were very happy from the moment we checked in and then we found the hot tub and sauna...off the charts! Location was amazing, food was great and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is no question this place is worth a visit!

Lovely hotel, with friendly staff, amazing wellness with the best view on the Matterhorn. Good food. going since 2015 and still want to go back every year. the hotel is also right on the ski slopes and I haven't had a year with bad snow yet.

Nós adoramos a estadia , o hotel fica num lugar magnífico , os funcionários sempre dispostos a ajudar , comida maravilhosa e localização magnífica. A única sugestão para o hotel seria disponibilizar o tíquete para pegar o teleférico e acessar o hotel e outro tíquete para poder descer com o teleférico das montanhas . Além disso , poderia avisar a necessidade de ligar para o hotel para poder buscar as malas na estação do teleférico.

The hotel is located at an exclusive and perfect part of the Alps! The hotel, the service and the food are amazing! Just a thing: you maybe think about an agreement with the transportation company to give day pases to the train to Hotel Gests, so we don’t have to pay every day and for every section of the trip

If you are debating on booking this please do yourself a favor and go for it. I cannot describe how beautiful the location is, the photos don't do it justice. The spa was great, and they probably have the worlds best hot tub view. The staff was incredibly kind and greeted us at the train stop to take our bags. There are plenty of walking trails right near the property. The staff spoke multiple languages and were incredibly kind. It was a unique experience and I hope one day I can go back.

We arrived at night and the staff were waiting for us at the train station to help us with the luggage. During the stay, everything was clean, calm, quite, and safe. The outdoor jaccuzi facing the matterhorn is something else, you site there and forget the timing. The staff were super friendly and one thing to notice is they work with each other as family. On top of that, Juliana was a big help to us and made our stay easier. This place is really recommended and I will come again every year for sure.
