I cannot speak more highly of the hotel. Staff was fabulous , breakfast amazing, rooms exceptionally comfortable and clean. There was a nice indoor spa with lounge beds. There was free transport to and from the train. Not sure why it is only a 3 but could relate to other amenities. It is easily a 4 star place.

Wonderful breakfast. Comfortable rooms with a balcony. Obviously fairly recently renovated. There is no air con in the Cosy Chic room, which wasn't too much of an issue despite being August but in a heatwave it may be.

Delightful, clean, modern hotel with spectacular views of the Matterhorn from the top floor. Beautiful breakfast, lots of variety including eggs to order. The staff and owners could not be nicer and more helpful. We would love to return in the winter when there is snow. Loved the easy commute into town, close to everything including the train station.

Our short break at the Hotel Bellerive was absolutely perfect. The hosts Katja and Mario and their entire team are warm hosts and place great importance on ensuring that guests feel completely at home and happy. Our Panorama Deluxe Room with a fantastic view of the Matterhorn was beautifully furnished and very clean (the bed was excellent). The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired and was constantly replenished. There were several lovely surprises on my birthday. Thank you very much! We can recommend the Bellerive Zermatt without reservation and are already looking forward to our next stay!

O hotel é muito bem localizado e o quarto em que ficamos era amplo e confortável. O grande diferencial, no entanto, é o atendimento: toda a equipe, das camareiras à recepção, é extremamente atenciosa, solícita e prestativa. A proprietária está sempre presente e não mede esforços para tornar a experiência dos hóspedes ainda mais agradável. Sem dúvida, super recomendamos!

The breakfast was good and all the staff were very friendly. The spa was also well-maintained. I would love to come back here. There was nothing bad and uncomfortable.
