Castello San Giuseppe - Historical bed and breakfast

La posizione è notevole e la struttura affascinante. La camera molto ordinaria, sicuramente non da 4 stelle! Essendo l’albergo totalmente deserto, un upgrade sarebbe stato sicuramente possibile e gradito. Ottima vista e curatissima biancheria, letto scomodo con materassi vecchi. Personale gentilissimo, il ristorante consigliato (quello dell’albergo era chiuso)veramente ottimo e vicino : Trattoria al Vecchio cipresso. Colazione ricca e con prodotti freschi di qualità.

Very nice hotel with good taste. Only negative aspects where the WiFi almost inexistent and the food of the restaurant, not what you'd expect in Italy.

It is a great location and a building with history, but for the rest there are better places!

nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet établissement un brin désuet mais tout à fait charmant. le personnel est accueillant et efficace et le restaurant est remarquable.

Et sted som må oppleves. Vi har vært her før, da med full sommerstorm med store hagel. Eneste negative er at da vi kom til frokost kl 0900 var der nesten ikke noe mat igjen. Der kunne og vært utplassert vifter i de rommene som ikke har aircondition.

The hotel is just outside Ivrea but you need to have googlemap to find it as it is up a narrow mountain road - so it has brilliant views, especially from its openair infinity pool. It is a small traditional hotel in a historic building, probably not for the business traveller but ideal for those wanting peace and quiet - and character. The food was exceptionally good - the restaurant is a destination in itself.

kein 4 Sternehotel, Preis-Leistung ungünstig ( zu teuer für das, was geboten wird) Schwimmbad klein-aber es gibt die Möglichkeit im wunderschönen Lac Sirio zu schwimmen ( mit dem Auto in 5 min)
