El personal es muy amable y nos informó y recomendó dónde comer y cenar rico y auténtico. El hotel está en el centro histórico, en la parte alta de Montepulciano. Las instalaciones son bonitas y muy limpias.

La habitación era demasiado pequeña y el baño también un poco incómodo. Las almohadas podrían mejorarlas. El aparcamiento concertado está lejos del hotel.

Hotel je výborné lokalitě, přímo v centru Montepulciana. Personál byl moc ochotný.

I liked that we were accommodated for our early luggage drop off and get some water to drink for our busy day. Our luggage was brought to the room for us when it was ready for check in. We left early so we didn’t get to try the breakfast unfortunately.

It was difficult to get to. You would have needed to figure out the bus schedule. We walked up and down the steep hill with our luggage to catch the bus. The fridge didn’t work and since we left before breakfast we had gotten sandwiches.
