Romantik Hotel Zell am See

/We had a very enjoyable stay. The bathrobes and slippers for the spa were a plus. Lots of choice items for breakfast.

Mycket trevligt bemötande och information runt vad man kan göra etc, tänk om man alltid kunde få detta bemötande, så trevligt och välkomnande. Bra läge, spa och mat, riktigt bra hotell.

Der Spa Bereich, indem der Pool steht ist sehr klein. Es wirkt auf den Fotos größer als es ist. Das Hotel selber ist sehr nett eingerichtet, auch das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlichen. Leider war das Mobiliar in unserem Zimmer schon sehr enttäuschend, gegenüber dem gesamten Eindruck des Hotels. Es ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen waren auch extrem durchgelegen, wie in einer Kipplige fühlte es sich an. Das Frühstück war wiederum sehr gut, viel Auswahl und von allem etwas da. Auch das Essen am Abend im á la Carte Restaurant war mehr als gut. Sollten wir nochmals dort nächtigen wollen, dann würde ich unbedingt darauf bestehen, kein Zimmer in so einem Zustand zu bekommen.

I booked the honeymoon suit and we got a water bed which was not comfortable at all. When told the owner to change it she said they can't change it and if I'm not happy I can check out and look for some other hotel. Since it was high season and i didn't want to risk looking for other hotels so I agreed to stay in same hotel but had to sleep on floor for 6 nights as me and my husband couldn't take the water bed which was so uncomfortable.

Pretty cozy hotel. Tourist card included was a seeerious money saver! Got awesome freebies! Free cable cars and entrances we used during 2 days worth more than a third of what we paid for the hotel.money I'd have had to spend otherwise! Zell am See,though.. won't come back during summer anymore cos it is NOT an experience of the Austrian vibe. Had I googled before I'd have gone elsewhere.

Vi var utilfredse,da vi ankom med vores værelse ,men det blev ændret så vi fik et meget bedre værelse.Venligheden og betjeningen blev også meget bedre med tiden,Især var Zylvia meget dygtig og serviceminded ,både i morgenmads restauranten og i spaen ,hvor min kone fik massage af hende,hun var meget kompetent. Deres a la Carte restaurant var ikke noget at tale om,tung og kedelig mad. Morgenmad buffet fin. Et hotel man føler sig fint tilrette i,men sød have og lille pool. Tæt på søen og livet langs de,

This hotel is right at the heart of the city. Everything is walking distance and there is a lot of free parking for hotel guests. The people, especially at check in, were great and went above and beyond. When we stayed here during the summer, they also have us a complimentary town pass that have us access to a variety of activities. This was a huge benefit! Would highly staying here!

We liked the hotel very much. The staff was really friendly. They had a nice spa area were you could relax. We also ate at the hotels own restaurant and the food was excellent.

Very clean, very nice staff, very good breakfast, very good location. Cosy SPA and outdoor pool. Only negatives were the pillows (in bed) and no air-condition. We recommend this hotel!
