Very clean, friendly service and staff. Would recommend for self catering as plenty of places to eat and drink very close to the appartments would book again.
we actually find it comfortable staying in this hotel...it can be noisy during the day as we obviously facing the road side... but during the night it was actually ok and quiet... the pool looks ok .. service is fine. friendly. needs updating with regards to bathroom but clean ... all in all the apartment we stayed in was pk. the areas is close to places like restaurants.. beach is also nearby... we will stay there again if ever in tenerife

Excellent value for money with very friendly reception staff and good clean accommodation which is in good condition. If you have a car there are good free parking facilities nearby and all Las Americas shops and nightlife are just a short walk away. WiFi is not that reliable, particularly during peak usage periods and recommend you bring your own shampoo and shower gel as those provided are minimal. Popular with Stag and Hen groups but staff don't tolerate bad behavior so they generally don't disrupt other residents. Good swimming pool area and pool bar. This accommodation is great for overnight business stays as well as holidays.
Apartment was clean, spacious and in a good location. Shower was really good, one of the best in a hotel we've had. Pool area was clean, life guard there all the time. Food and drink was very good in the pool bar, prices very reasonable. Very nice place, will book again.
