Garni Hotel Le Petit Piaf

Ett helt fantastiskt hotell! Personalen var väldigt serviceinriktad och hjälpte gärna, fantastiskt god frukost, mysiga rum och överhuvudtaget en väldigt trevlig stämning på hotellet. Det gav en väldigt familjär känsla då personalen kände igen en och till och med kom ihåg hur man ville ha sitt kaffe/te på morgonen till frukosten. Hotellet var lite i framkant och vi hade inget kort vi behövde hålla reda på - för att komma in på rummet slog man en enkel kod och använde sitt fingeravtryck, väldigt skönt att slippe hålla rätt på ett kort som man med jämna mellanrum lyckas avmagnetisera. Området runt hotellet var fint och kändes lugnt trots att det låg en hel del restauranger och barer utmed gatan. Vi spenderade 4 nätter där men hade gärna haft några till!

Great hotel, very charming and in a good location. Room and bed were comfortable, bathroom was a good size but shower cubicle very small and no shelf space for washbags. Didn’t like the odd machine in the bedroom that spits out a puff of air that smells horrible every hour or so. Staff were all really friendly and helpful especially Marija on Reception.

This is a charming hotel located right in the Bohemian Quarter which is an excellent hotel for easy access to restaurants and nightlife in the evenings. The staff are ALL excellent, friendly and very helpful. There’s lots of historical information around the hotel and there are some great pictures of Belgrade in the breakfast room. There are only 18 rooms and each has a name as well. We were in ‘Victorian’ and the door opens with your fingerprint. There is no lift unfortunately (as I have a bad knee) but only one flight of stairs. Our room was small but more than adequate. There was a large TV screen, desk and chair, wardrobe, safe and fridge. The bed was an Austrian Twin and was really comfortable. The duvet looked thin but was actually really warm and cosy. The bathroom was a reasonable size but the shower cubicle was very small. The shower was efficient though. Toiletries were provided. Could have done with a little cupboard or shelf on which to place wash bags. Breakfast, unusually for many hotels in Eastern Europe, was not self service but you chose off the menu. There was a lot of choice available from cereals, juice, fruit platter, nice breads and a good choice of cooked items to order. Gagi served us each day and was very edgy. He got used to what we wanted each day and predicted our choices as we arrived. Unfortunately there was no decaf coffee available. There was a lovely restaurant attached which offered 10% discount for hotel guests. There is a nice seating area outside and a winery. The toilets out here were very nice. The receptionists work on eight hour shifts and the lady on the night shift checked us in and was very welcoming. The lady on the evening shift was also very nice. However we had most to do with Marija on the day shift. She was wonderful. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. She helped us with taxis, where to go and various other questions. She is a great asset to the team.

We have really enjoyed our stay in the heart of Belgrade’s bohemian quarter. The location is just ideal. Besides that, the service was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. We definitely recommend staying at this place!

Es un hotel boutique, las acomodaciones son buenas, camas, baños, etc. Mención aparte merece el personal que son encantadores y facilitaron mucho nuestra estancia, incluso dejamos una maleta para ir a Sarajevo. Los desayunos enormes! Casi exagerados pero culpablemente ricos. Y en la noche mucha vida, es un lugar de restaurantes.

L’hôtel est bien situé au centre ville, dans une rue très animée jour et nuit avec plein de restaurants a quelques mètres de l’hôtel. Le personnel d'accueil est sympathique, souriant et serviable Le petit déjeuner est copieux.

Small and cosy hotel in a great pedestrianised location, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast in the outside area. Rooms have everything you need including a mini bar and tea/coffee making facilities. Very comfortable bed, and plenty of storage space. Skadarska is a vibrant street with outdoor cafes in summer, and live music, but it quietens down late evening, and then the hotel is very quiet. Just remember not to wear high heels when walking over the cobble stones.

Decor a little bit tired but service excellent, as was breakfast.

Lovely staff, helped me out alot as my luggage did not arrive at airport. Will definitely return soon.
