Lovely helpful staff. Good WiFi in room. Very good black out curtains so you can sleep in if jet lagged. Aircon very noisy. Rooms massive; take your skateboard if you need the practice. Kitchen includes microwave but oddly absolutely no kitchenware for food prep - apart from a knife and fork that comes with your lovely complementary bowl of fruit.

the front staff are really awesome and make this an awesome place. i also liked the location - next time i think i would stay on the water in one of the newer hotels. this place smelled a bit like smoke (a lot) and definitely needed renovating. not hot water the first day (such is life). PS - don't eat at the restaurant next to it...

Hardly seemed like a hotel. Odd room config, poor design. Staff like unhappy zombies. Bad internet. Rooms all have blank walls. Horrible detail and rundown.

Enjoyed my stay, staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, would recommend.

Walking distance to Solidere area, quiet, very friendly and accommodating staff, and very well priced.

Very nice and professional people. They go above and beyond to see that you are taken care of... The gentleman downstairs has an great memory on names, and faces. And, it seems as if not only was he doing his job, but he enjoyed it as well, which is something that you don't see these days... Great place.

Personal muy amistoso... especialmente Antoine... habitación bastante amplia aún q la zona está en reconstrucción..!
