The location is great, and the receptionist was very helpful and welcoming.

The AC/ventilation system in the rooms is incredibly noisy; it sounds like a washing machine is running inside, which can definitely cause a headache. We experienced this issue in all three rooms we stayed in. Also, when we first arrived, there was a very loud argument happening in the room behind the reception desk, which was quite unprofessional. We booked two rooms, and in one of them, the toilet flush wasn't working. We were moved to a larger room after complaining, but that room didn't have a minibar. Overall, the technical issues and the noise level made our stay uncomfortable.

Very happy with everything nice location very clean rooms staff friendly I have stayed few hotels in skopje but this was best by far didn't try the food in the restaurant but will for shore next time

Konum ve temizlik, kahvaltısı da iyi, ben kahvaltı yapmıyorum fakat annem yaptı, gayet memnun kaldık.

Terlik ve diş macunu yoktu, terlik isteyince verdiler ama diş macunu yoktu, yanımda olunca gerek duymadım.

Odalar çok temiz ve büyüktü. Çok rahat ettik, konumu ve kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü

Restoran kısmında çalışan hanımefendiler somurtarak çalışıyordu bunu beğenmedik ve hemen oradan kalkmak istedik.
