"A clean, well-located hotel that does the basics right."

The location is very central, which made it easy to get around. The heating worked well — on a cold day in Sarajevo, that's not something to take for granted. The room was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was decent, and the coffee was good.

The bed linen and duvet were a bit short, leaving part of the mattress uncovered. For a 4-star property you'd expect bedding that meets higher standards.

Very Old Hotel, I booked for 3 nights but i checked out in 1 night, And they didn't refund my money. Very bad experience, Toilet equipments is very old, and rusty, My first bad experience in hotels
