It was a bad experience. The location is good, but aside from that, it was not clean. The air conditioner in my room had a missing remote, so we couldn’t turn it off and it kept blowing cold air. The staff member also couldn’t fix it. When I asked them to resolve the issue, they said there were no other rooms available and that I was the only guest there that night. This is completely unacceptable. I ended up solving the problem myself (I took a remote from another room). They have their own parking, but for the first time in my life, I had to pay extra for parking at a place where I was staying. I paid around €15, which is unreasonable considering it’s the hotel’s own parking and I was a guest. At breakfast, when items ran out, they were not replenished. Overall, the price-performance ratio is very poor. It’s definitely not worth the money.
