The property is in good location for my neads

The AC wasn’t working in the rooms. I asked to be changed immediately upon checkin. When I got to the new room, there was air coming out of the AC dust but it wasn’t cold. That night, it was warm and impossible for me to sleep. I was sweating. Called reception and the gentleman was very nice who offered to change my room immediately or the next morning. I decided to do so the next morning. The next morning, I asked to be changed and the lady at reception told me the whole hotel AC wasn’t working and they will fixed it within an hour. I later asked for a refund of my stay if the AC isn’t working. Spoke to Alina. She spoke to her Manager who offered to change to another room. But not until they’ve checked to make sure the AC is working. Alina moved me to a lower floor room which had been refurbished. Lovely bathroom and it was a huge bonus. It was cooler but the AC only pumped out cool air (not cold) but I was happy with it as the nights were cool. In addition, Alina listened to me and my suggestions. She took them all on board and presented it to her Manager, who agreed to compensate me by providing free breakfast for the rest of my stay. Overall, it was a nice stay as the hotel is very central and of course the Service Recovery initiated by Alina made the difference.

Hotel was very clean and reception staff were very helpful. Wroclavia shopping centre less than 10 mins away. Loved the arches below the rail track for drinks as and dining.

Stay was amazing as facilities met beyond our expectations

W miare ok, mialem pokoj z oknem na podworze wiec nie bylo slychac tramwajow. Juz dawno nie spalem na skzypiacym lozku. Wykonczenie lazienki tanimi materialami, a i czystosc pozostawia wiele do zyczenia.. Sniadanie ok, dobre wedliny, ale stare pieczywo! Kelnerki rozmawialy, ze dzis nie dowiezli swiezego, ale w tkim wypadku, powinny byc poinstruowane zeby wyjsc do najblizszej piekarni i kupic.

Hotel furnishings are old and the A/C is terrible. I only stayed one night and that would be the maximum i would recommend. It's convenient for the main train station.

Die Lage in der Nähe zum Bahnhof hat den Vorteil, dass man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln rasch in der Altstadt ist. Gleichzeitig bietet das Hotel einen nur schräg gegenüberliegenden bewachten Parkplatz. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Pościel, ręczniki czyste. Ogólnie pokój czysty, oprócz wykładziny. Mocno wysłużona i poplamiona. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Widok z okna mocno minusowy, podwórko ze śmietnikami i biegającymi szczurami. Lokalizacja w centrum miasta, blisko Dworzec Główny.

Buona la posizione , camera grande , buona la Colazione anche se abbastanza cara
