Het ontvangst door de receptie dame. De kamer en omgeving

Zeer slecht ontbijt! Schande om zo’n onbegrijpelijke kwalitatief ontbijt te verzorgen voor de gasten van een 4 sterren hotel! Er waren oven broodjes die de oven nog niet hadden gezien! Pakjes voedsel en slechte brood waar je in een top brood omgeving gevestigd bent! Echt onbegrijpelijk! Het is voor Portugal een schande om zo’n ontbijt te serveren. Zo is Portugal niet!

Historisch gebouw. Goede uitvalsbasis voor omgeving. Gratis parking. Zwembad op dak,alhoewel we niet konden gebruiken wegens te slecht weer.

We logeerden hier al meermaals. Uniek hotel in oud klooster. Maar dit keer viel het ons toch tegen. Bij onthaal stonden 3 jonge meisjes zich wat lacherig te amuseren. Verder was het hotel leeg. Daar we vroeger konden ontbijten onder een glazen koepel die een binnen koer overspande kregen we te horen dat we in de eerder donkere bar moesten ontbijten op onhandi kleine tafeltjes. Spijtig. Hoewel het restaurant normaal zaterdag open is, was het toch gesloten. Er zou een groep komen eten. Die waren er uiteindelijk pas zondag. Waarom wordt dit vooraf niet mede gedeeld? Ik hoop echt dat de nieuwe eigenaren er een nieuw elan aan kunnen geven. Voorheen was dit hotel een omweg waard, nu spijtig genoeg niet meer. Hoop op beterschap. En sorry, we voelden er ons deze keer niet thuis.

Da localização, do quarto, da cama e do terraço. O convento é bonito.

Da funcionária que estava no dia 1 de Maio na receção por volta das 16h e que nos levou ao quarto. Tivemos que levar as malas escadas acima e só quando estávamos junto ao quarto é que nos diz que podemos utilizar o elevador. Também se baralhou com as horas do pequeno almoço. Não se entende o que se passa na cabeça de algumas pessoas... O frigorífico do quarto fazia imenso barulho e tivemos de o desligar. Não gostámos da posição corrida das mesas ao pequeno almoço.
