Cama/colchão demasiado gastos, muito incómodos. Má insonorização dos quartos. Ar condicionado centralizado regulado para inverno quando têm estado temperaturas de 30 graus!

Staff where Friendly...Location perfect for exploring Village. It was clean.

For an Historical property...The Neglect is present...Everything from the AC to the restaurante being closed gives the impression of not being welcomed...Areas of the property are roped off. Paper cups in my room at a 4 star property is a 101 no no...Overpriced and you get nothing...Booked two days stayed one...

A localização é óptima, no centro da vila, bons restaurantes perto, a 3min do castelo e do centro. Bom pequeno almoço.

O hotel poderia levar algumas renovações, há pouca atenção ao detalhe. O facto de ser um antigo convento não é muito explorado. O staff podia ser um pouco mais polido.
