This hotel is in a detrimental condition including bathroom, shower, room.located in the very unpleasant neighborhood, no parking. Swimming pool was visibly dirty. We skipped the breakfast. The staff was rude, tried to ask to pay cash instead of card or charging online. Eventually we believe there were bed bugs 🐜. Ceiling of the bathroom was so short that you could bear my fit, if you are 6.3ft.

İşletme çok candan olmasına rağmen maalesef pek konforlu olduğu söylenemez. Kahvaltı şaşırtıcı derecede lezzetli geldi, memnun kaldık. Butik otel değil pansiyon seviyesinde odalar ve havuz.

We had a great stay thanks to Mr Sezgin and his family. They are so welcoming and always ready to help with anything you need. The place has a beautiful garden, where you can rest quietly and enjoy a drink near the pool. The breakfast is more than enough to start your day and the room is nice with a fridge, that is very useful. Also the hotel is very central, walking distance to the shops, restaurants and harbor. I will definitely recommend it and I will come back again for sure.

Yolların biraz dar olması nedeniyle araçla ulaşımı biraz sıkıntılı olsa da kent merkezine 2 dakika yürüme mesafesinde, yemyeşil bahçesiyle kafa dinlemek için mükemmel bir ambiyans sunan bu butik otelde güleryüzlü ve sıcakkanlı personel sayesinde unutulmaz bir tatil yaptık.

It was a great experience. Stayed overnight, even though we were late for breakfast Mr. Sezgin was extremely accommodating.

A beautiful small boutique hotel . The place is perfect right in the heart of everything you want . Beautiful quiet garden to sit in and nice relaxing pool . The room was fantastic very big with a super comfortable bed

It is a very cozy and peaceful family villa hotel in the heart of Kusadasi. You will get Turkish breakfast, clean pool, garden full of flowers to rest and have minutes for yourself. In 5-10 minutes of walk along couple of main streets, you will reach the main fish market with all restaurants, Kusadasi fort and most importantly couple of clean city beaches. I am also very grateful to super polite and helpful team of this hotel. It all really made my trip!

sehr sauber, unser Doppelzimmer war größer als erwartet, sehr zuvorkommend, Frühstücksteller war abwechslungsreich, Desinfektion befindet sich am Eingang, tägliche Reinigung, sehr nett!
