Mooi gebouw, centraal gelegen, fijne medewerkers

Niet zo zeer de accommodatie, maar de starheid van Booking bij het verzoek om een per abuis geboekte familiekamer te wijzigen in 2x2 persoons kamers. Ondanks dat er voldoende aanbod was kregen we een extra rekening van Booking. Fletcher verzachte de teleurstelling door ons een upgrade te geven zonder dat we er naar hadden gevraagd.

Locatie

Na het nachtelijke brandalarm was er geen melding, van uit het management, naar de hotelgasten wat de oorzaak van het alarm was. Zelfs geen enkel verontschuldigen of gratis drankje voor het ongemak. De nachtdienst bewaker heeft alles netjes in zijn eentje afgehandeld. Voor hem wel een compliment.

A város közepén, csodálatos környezetben épült puritán hotel, fantasztikus kerttel.

A reggeli rendkívül szerény. Étel intoleranciával élők számára nem kínál szinte semmit, a tojásrántotta is tejtermékkel készül. A glutén mentes zacskós mini zsemle kb. 2 hónapos szikkadtságú, a növényi tej a szója tej. 2 napos tartózkodásra elfogadható, hosszabb időre nem.

nice rooms

we asked for a room at lower level, but apparently the staff didn't realize that even with the elevator, that they pointed out,some steps had to be dealt with. Not very convenient for our friend
