"Great hotel in a great location with very nice rooms and a delicious full breakfast"

The key features are first, its location. It is located right on the Piazza Cisterna in San Gimignano. Very convenient to all that San Gimignano has to offer as well as to the entrance to the town. Our room overlooked the piazza and was wonderful- size easily fit our needs. The breakfast was a full breakfast with many delicious options.

"Good location but room/bathroom need updating."

The location is excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Lovely breakfast.

The rooms are a bit dated and dark. The double bed had only one bedside table. Having the shower in the bath could be a bit tricky for older clients as there was no mat and also no hooks for hanging wet towels.
