Central Hotel Pilsen

In dit hôtel lijkt het alsof we nog steeds zitten in de communistische periode van Tsjechië. De gehele entourage, aankleding en kamers, was er een uit begin jaren 60 van de vorige eeuw. Koud, kil en kleurloos. Het ontbijt kenmerkte zich door vruchtensappen gemaakt van slootwater en broodjes, die bij de slechtste bakker van Nederland nog niet eens verkocht zouden worden. Ook het meubilair in de eetzaal had de kleuren van een 3e klas kleurenfilm uit de jaren 50. De verwarming in de badkamer deed het niet en het geheel van stalen kantelramen kierde zo, dat het geheel niet deugdelijk sloot. Dit had tot gevolg dat er kou en lawaai van de straat heel duidelijk tot in de kamer doordrong. Als laatst pijnpunt, is het vreselijk instabile internet, waardoor surfen op de kamer praktisch niet mogelijk bleek. Dit hotel zou ik alleen aanbevelen, aan hen die een inzicht willen hebben hoe een hotel in het communisme opereert. Niets wees erop dat we nu 27jaar zitten na het vallen van de muur. 2 nachten was meer dan voldoende. EH

Ótimo hotel, porém solicitamos quarto triplo e a terceira cama era de armar. Sentamos na cama e ela quebrou. Poderiam ter colocado mais uma cama no quarto. Café da manhã de boa qualidade,mas faltou pães. ótima localização.

Perfekte Lage im Zentrum von Pilsen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in kurzer Entfernung.

Gostei pois e perto de tudo,as recepcionistas foram muito educadas,cordiais mesmo diante de algumas situacoes: o sistema da maquina de cartao de credito deu problema e a recepcionista me ajudou informando e me mostrando onde era o caixa eletronico mais proximo. O quarto de casal cabe tranquilamente de 3 a 4 pessoas pois as camas sao bem largas.

Hotel agradável. Perto de várias atrações. Recomendo

Hotel má své nejlepší roky za sebou. Vzhledem k jeho pozici by se možná vyplatila celková a pořádná rekonstrukce. Ale jako retro výlet dobrý.

If you want to be at the main square in the old part of town, there's no closer hotel than this one. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet, staff helpful and breakfast excellent. Very satisfied and I will be back.

Location in the centre of the city, impossible to open windows properly, no air condition, unpleasant staff at the reception. Good choice if you want to be right in the centre for a reasonable price when it is not hot and if one does not expect too much.

Its an old hotel. Room itself was nice and clean with one huge drawback - it was way too warm with no temperature controls. Only was was to open the window, then too cold and noisy so impossible to be comfortable. Breakfast was appalling - the worst coffee I've had in a long time, terrible juice, and the rest of it was barely edible. Didn't eat in the evening as just didn't want to risk it.
