חדר רחצה מיושן, שטיחים במסדרונות בלויים וישנים. חדרים ללא מזגנים!! מלון יוקרה 5 כוכבים ואין מזגנים שימו לב! מתחם הבריכה צריך לעבור מסע כדי להגיע אליו. אין מספיק מקומות ישיבה, מקום קטן ולא תואם את גודל המלון וכמות האורחים, טמפ' המים לא חמה מספיק והיה קר מדי להכנס.
