Le rapport qualité/prix du petit déjeuner ne me semble pas adapté Manque quelques équipements à la salle de bain (sèche cheveux + brosse wc)

Sehr schönes Hotel, traumhafte Lage

Inkompetentes Personal in Notfällen. Hier besteht Schulungsbedarf. Erwartungen an Customer Satisfaction wurden leider nicht erfüllt. Keinerlei Kulanz trotz beschädigtem Eigentum. Das hat uns leider sehr enttäuscht. Wäre das Personal hier kompetent und zuvorkommender gewesen, hätte das Hotel eine 10 verdient. Wassertemperatur viel zu kalt. Überteuerter Spa Bereich.

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum relaxen!

Die verglaste Bar (über dem Pool) war extrem schmuddelig und das Personal sehr inkompetent.
