"Amazing hotel"

The hotel is fantastic, the location is perfect, 2 min from the train station and just next to all the trams but also with a cozy and beatiful entrance. The stuff was amazing - extremely friendly check-in and out. We were also offered complimenrary upgrade of our room - thank you so much for that! The room was cozy and had everything needed and beyound (coffee, water etc). I'm not sure what magic they did but these were the most comfortable beds we've ever had! The hotel is also offering free city cards for public transportation and reduced entrance to the museums. We could also store our luggage after check-out. We will be happy to come back!

"If location is paramount, this hotel is good."

Breakfast was good and location right next to major tram stop and one block from entrance to Basel rail station.

Room had views of the roof of other buildings. Room was very dusty, everyone started sneezing once entered.

Atendimento formal, nada friendly, localização excelente, café da manhã fraquíssimo, com queijos com odor de velhos.

Do fraco café da manhã e pelo fato de Hotel cobrar valor extra para permitir entrar um pouco antes do horário do check-in, o único Hotel da nossa viagem que não concedeu esse tipo de cortesia.

Tout le charme du lieu , la situation à côté de la gare, la gentillesse et efficacité du personnel, le restaurant qui propose des plats variés et délicieux. Nous venons très souvent et après avoir testé de nombreux différents hôtels à Bâle c’est notre préféré.
