The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They helped us patiently with our trip plans, with ordering a cab, and with umbrellas during an unexpected rainy day. The hotel itself was nice, and the room was modern, very spacious, and clean. Very close to the train station and a few minutes walk from the nice streets of Udine. We used their garage for parking, which was convenient (only if you have a small-to-medium car) - it was a bit pricy, but it's closed behind a gate and covered, which is nice for both safety and comfort. They were fair to tell us that there is parking outside in the street, which is usually available, and the prices (which are pretty cheap if you leave it mainly for the night, as it's free during most of it, as far as I know)

The hotel is on a nice, clean street, but it's just bordered by a street of unpleasant people, the one that is close to the train station. However, it's not a big deal, as mentioned above, it's also bordered by the nice part of the city. A closer supermarket could have been nice, the closest one we've found is 7 minutes walk to a Conad store.

Wędlina na śniadaniu nie była świeża, brak kawy z ekspresu.

Die Lage für den Besuch der Innenstadt war gut. Entfernung ca. 1 Km. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Ausrichtung zur Seitenstrasse. Das Zimmer war überdurchschnittlich groß und modern ausgestattet. Eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Ebenso ein kleiner Kühlschrank. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht.
