well situated ....decor of the room a bit passé but the balcony was a welcome relief; staff very professional

The Hotel Sozer is located near the waterfront of town and that makes for some nice views and ready access to the tourist restaurants. This really is a function of price, though. At well less than a buck/night it's not bad.

Nice quiet Hotel, located in center of Kusadasi, near port and lots of places to eat. The hotel had good breakfast and manager and staff were very friendly. The only funny thing was bathroom ceiling, it was just weird, they need to fix it.

Really good hotel with a great view and a good room (specially for the price), free wifi in room, breakfast ok, location perfect.

The Hotel Sozer in Kusadasi is ideally located both within Kusadasi [small beach across road, walking distance to town and fort] and for Ephesus. This is the closest town to Ephesus and although very crowded during summer months it's delightful in the off seasons. I was there first week of April and saw very few tourists. The staff are extremely helpful although challenged with English. They are not very well trained but they try hard. The hotel has some issues with infrastructure: burned out light bulbs, no underlay under the carpet so you easily feel the concrete floor underneath, timed lights in hall go out within seconds so you can't see to fit your key into the keyhole, food basic and not particularly enjoyable [after the first evening I ate out the rest of the time]. It is a three star hotel but with a 5 star location.

The hotel is right by a public beach and we got an ocean view room so the view was awesome! The price was really good and our stay included breakfast in the morning. I would stay here again!

Very old and poorly maintained. Very poorly furnished and maintianed. Cracked doors, poor internet access, hard sheets and beds, cheap soap and shampoo. fake juice, inferior food. Very disappointed for the price we paid!

Good hotel highly recommended. Would stay there again. Only down thing on this hotel they seem to struggle providing breakfast at peak time people waiting for plates and food to be supplied otherwise good value for money
