Beautiful place to stay

Un esperienza bellissima per le famiglie con bambini che amano la natura ed animali, in una tenuta incantevole.Un grande valore aggiunto il maneggio di Chiara ed i suoi cavalli arabi allo stato brado immersi nei campi.

We were very excited about this agriturismo beforehand. We booked an apartment with private pool, but on arrival they put us in another apartment without a pool. When I asked the day after the pool apartment was already booked by somebody else. We did get a refund for the extra costs for the missing pool, but since we have two young children, an agriturismo with a pool on walking distance was a choice we made beforehand. Next to that, the kitchen and interior of the apartment are old. The dishwasher was broken and leaking, the floor drain in the shower was constipated so showering was only possible for a maximum of two minutes. The central pool was a mile away by car but, although the pool itself was great, the area around it really needs maintenance. The great slide which is on all the promotional pictures online, was out of order (due to COVID according to the owner). Positive: the restaurant was excellent. A daily new menu and low prices. The wines from the agriturismo are pretty good and well prices. The young ladies working in the restaurant were kind and professional. All and all we did enjoy our stay, but I would not recommend this agriturismo. There are other ones with less problems at the same price that are located closer to either Siena or Montalcino. This agriturismo is a pretty long drive from all the great places in central Tuscany.

Die Anlage und Freundlichkeit hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man muss aber wissen dass man teilweise sehr lange auf unbefestigten Straßen innerhalb der Anlage zu den Mahlzeiten unterwegs ist, je nach Lage des Bungalows. Ansonsten immer wieder. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

DO NOT STAY HERE WITHOUT A CAR. However it was absolutely beautiful and the service was incredible. The apartments and rooms can be very spaced out on the land so staying here without a car is impossible and the roads aren’t great. We asked to switch rooms as we wanted to be close to the pool and the staff were so helpful and polite and moved us without any trouble. The blonde lady running the restaurant and pool bar is incredible and her service is 10/10 she’s an absolute delight. The local wine is fantastic and extremely good value for money. We recommend the burger highly! And the breakfast was fresh with a great variety. Pool is clean and well kept and the little dog that runs around the hotel is a really lovely homely touch. Cannot wait to come back again!!

I cannot give a true review of this property because I didn’t go. Our trip had to be cancelled and unfortunately wasn’t able to cancel this one
