Would be better if there is access to a full kitchen

Property is over rated for the price. The bathroom is outdated, no ventilation, inconvenient shower, bathroom lock is so 1900s. After the first shower, the bathroom clogged and flooded the room, it took two visits the maintenance crew to fix it, all the while I've had to ensure the smell from the overflow drain. The ocean view is limited to rooms on the uphill of property. If you get the lower rooms, you need to get out of the room for a view. The pros are parking and the staff otherwise spend your money somewhere else. You can find better properties in oia for the same price.

I love that privacy of this hotel. The staff very helpful. I felt like I was in another world. The morning sunrise was incredible. Breakfast was on point. I will love to revist in the near future. The rooms are very clean. They just need to update they TVs that the only thing missing.

Very friendly and helpful, ordered breakfast which was excellent. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Location was perfect.

In my roo. There was no soap for washing hands we used the body shampoo, the wash room was smells bad since we in before even used it , the cleaning lady without nocking on the door opened it and she want to clean the room.

Bathroom needs an update, internet was week in the room.The rest was nice and clean.

We liked the peace and quiet of the area! Downside was there wasn’t much to do without taking U er or a taxi. I thought I had booked a room with the hot tub, but it was not included in our reservation. The room was comfortable and very very clean! Patio was also very enjoyable!

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service experience during our recent stay at Phaos Santorini Suites from July 17 to 20. While the property’s location and view are undeniably stunning, the overall service and hospitality fell far below acceptable standards — especially for an establishment that claims to be a 5-star hotel. From the very beginning, we faced issues that were both disappointing and unacceptable: 1. Incomplete Amenities: Basic amenities were missing upon check-in, setting a negative tone from day one. 2. Overpriced and Poor Breakfast: The breakfast charged at €40 per person was unjustifiable. It consisted of just two eggs, butter, coffee, and a Greek salad. When we requested two individual omelets, they served a single omelet with four eggs on one plate, instructing us to share the dish and silverware — completely inappropriate and unprofessional. 3. Housekeeping Unavailable: When we requested room cleaning, we were informed by reception that no housekeeping staff was available and we should wait until the next day. This is simply unacceptable by any hospitality standard. 4. Lack of Night Support: At around 9 PM, we tried multiple times to contact reception for bottled water. No one answered. The next morning, we were informed that reception had been closed for the night. How can a hotel that advertises itself as 5-star operate with no night support? 5. Very nice place. Excellent views and host is very helpful as well. Only one suggestion i have for the hotel management is to provide emergency number to guests, we lost electricity for few hours and couldn't contact anyone. Wasn't a big deal as power returned in few hours.
