Phaos Santorini Suites

We were delighted with the location of Phaos and the lovely view we had from our private balcony - including the sunrise view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Including providing transportation to/from the ferry port and arranging for our rental car to be delivered and picked up from the hotel. Accommodations were comfortable, though a bit tight on the loft area. Very happy with our stay!

The suites were lovely and super clean. Room cleaning was everyday offered to us unless if we said otherwise. The reception service was very helpful and very nice in offering early check-in and later checkout when we asked; a special thank you to Mario which helped us in booking tours and renting the car with a trusted company, he was super professional and friendly, speaking Italian, Spanish, english. The suites are located 10-15 minutes from Thira city centre ( walking). Towels, hairdryer, shampoo/ body soap were present

The property is nice but most importantly, our host, Mario, went beyond his means to meet our expectations. The hotel is 5 to 10 minutes walk from Fira and Imerovigli so no transportation is needed unless you want to go to Oía. Great view away from the crowd.

Great location and amazing views. The unit was great for our family (wife and 2 teenage daughters) as it provided two separate sleeping areas for us to spread out. Yiannis was great at giving us advice on locations to visit and offering tours for our stay in Santorini. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing. The staff is so nice always ready to recommend excursions, sight seeing, and great food options. Location is great, located right next to walking path that has tons of shops and dining options. Hot tub and rooms are very clean. The views are breath taking.

It was a beautiful location with easy access to close by towns. The facilities were very clean! The staff were super-helpful and friendly. This made our stay very enjoyable and pleasant. Great for families!

I would give this place 11/10 stars if I could! The staff are so friendly! It’s so peaceful, spacious and private too. The owner is such a nice guy. They are very helpful with anything you might need. It’s a 5min walk away from the path that takes your trough all the White House’s and leads to all the restaurants, great location!!
